Here, i buy a MetroCard for 7 days. On this way, i can use the metro and the buses.
I go to my hotel, the Malibu Hotel Broadway.
In the evening, i visit the Empire State Building.
From the 86th floor, i have a great view on New York and his lights.

This morning, i begin with the visit of the Liberty Statue and Ellis Island.
Then i go on the 110th floor of the World Trade Center.
With more than 300 meters, they are the highest buildings of New York.
After that, i walk along the 5th Avenue until the Rockefeller Center.
Tuesday 1.12.1998
I visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Then i go with the metro to Brooklyn and i walk back to Manhattan over the Brooklyn Bridge.
From this Bridge, i have a great view on the buildings of New York.
Wednesday 2.12.1998
Today, i begin with Central Park. A lot of people is jogging around the Reservoir.
The i make a guided city-tour with a bus.
We see China Town, Little Italy, the United Nations, Times Square, Greenwich Village, etc...
The i go to the Rockefeller Center. At 20:55, the Christmas Tree vill be illuminated from Hillary Clinton.
No luck, there are about 150'000 people.
Two streets around the Rockefeller Center are closed.
Thursday 3.12.1998
I go shopping this morning.
Then, i go go to the Port Authority Bus Terminal of Penn Station for the transfert to the Newark Airport with Olympia Trails.
At the Airport, they told me that my airline (Swiss Wold Airways) has stopped his flights.
British Airways will take us back to Switzerland via London.
Return flight : Newark (EWR) - London Heathrow (LHR) with British Airways (BA184), in B747-400.
